1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CT666 ("CT666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://ct666.cam (the "Platform").

"Applicable Law"	All statutes, regulations and legal instruments in force in the jurisdiction applicable to a User, including — for Pakistani residents — the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and all successor legislation.
"Services"	The informational, educational and navigational features made available by CT666 through the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Access

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which you must satisfy at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you. CT666 does not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Use of the Platform must not be prohibited by any law, regulation or directive applicable to you. Pakistani residents are specifically advised to review the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation before using Platform content in connection with real-money gaming activity.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require you to register an account. When registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may register only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CT666 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify CT666 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• CT666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, abuse or violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

The Platform and all Content are made available for your personal, non-commercial informational use only. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Access the Platform only through its published interfaces and not through automated scripts, bots or crawlers that place an unreasonable load on Platform infrastructure.
• Use Content for personal reference only and not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any Content without CT666's prior written consent.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of CT666 and all third-party licensors whose content appears on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities and/or civil legal action:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated networks.
• Introducing, uploading or transmitting any malware, virus, trojan, ransomware or other malicious code.
• Engaging in, facilitating or promoting any form of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through or in connection with the Platform.
• Impersonating CT666, its employees, agents or any other User.
• Using the Platform to harass, threaten, defame or harm any individual or entity.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain or to the detriment of CT666 or other Users.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate promotional offers.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith where a legitimate transaction has occurred.
• Circumventing geo-restriction, age-verification or identity-verification mechanisms implemented on the Platform.

7. Payments & Transactions

Where the Platform facilitates or describes deposit and withdrawal processes, the following conditions apply:

• All transactions must be conducted using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as displayed on the relevant platform pages. CT666 reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
• References to Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear on this Platform as familiar local payment context only. CT666 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gaming or gambling activity. Users must independently verify the availability of any payment method for their intended purpose.
• Currency amounts displayed on the Platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are indicative. Actual transaction amounts may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable exchange rates.
• CT666 is not responsible for any delays, failures or charges imposed by third-party payment processors in connection with Platform transactions.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

CT666 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Users only as specified in the relevant promotional terms. CT666 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates and time limits will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new accounts only. Existing Users who attempt to claim new-User offers through duplicate accounts will be disqualified and their accounts suspended.
• CT666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagers placed in good faith are honoured.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or collusion between Users — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and potential account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of CT666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CT666 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any Content;
• Distribute, publicly display or broadcast any Content without prior written consent;
• Use any CT666 trade marks, logos or brand identifiers without express written authorisation; or
• Use automated tools to systematically extract, scrape or harvest Content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of CT666 intellectual property will result in immediate revocation of your licence and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CT666 provides the Platform and all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular, CT666 makes no representation or warranty that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any information, odds data, game guides or promotional details published on the Platform are accurate, complete or current at any given time;
• Use of any third-party gaming operator described or linked on the Platform will result in a profitable outcome; or
• The Platform is accessible from all geographic locations or compliant with the laws of all jurisdictions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CT666, its directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content;
• Any financial loss incurred as a result of gaming activity informed by Content on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Statements or conduct of any third party in connection with the Platform; or
• Any other matter relating to the Platform, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, CT666's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to CT666 in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) PKR 5,000.

12. Responsible Gambling

CT666 is firmly committed to promoting safe, informed and responsible gambling behaviour. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling is entertainment, not a guaranteed income source. You should never gamble with money allocated to essential expenses.
• You will make use of the responsible gambling tools described on the Platform — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options — where available through the relevant gaming operator.

13. Termination

• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 6;

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending transactions and KYC obligations.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to CT666's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of CT666's jurisdiction, as determined by CT666 at its discretion.

15. Amendments to These Terms

CT666 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, CT666 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the Platform or via registered email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.

CT666 recommends that you review these Terms periodically — particularly before engaging with new Platform features or promotional offers — to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
